What to Pack

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 5:00, and make sure to schedule your departure no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. You won’t want to miss any of the last day!

You and your family member will be sleeping in a tent. The tents are new, private and spacious with only the two of you in the tent.

Our bathroom facilities are simply adequate, not sophisticated. Be assured, cleanliness of the facilities is a top priority!

All meals, snacks and drinks will be provided. There is no need to bring food, unless you have special dietary needs.

Please make sure you bring these things with you...

  • Dress is casual and comfortable
  • Heavy Sleeping bag
  • Pillow
  • Jacket or heavy coat
  • Close toed shoes like tennis shoes
  • Extra blankets
  • Football
  • Flashlight
  • Notebook, pen or pencil
  • Bible
  • Air mattresses are provided but bring your own if you prefer
  • Rain Coat (just in case)
  • Towel and shower shoes
  • Personal Toiletries
  • Insect repellent
  • Long pants or jeans

In keeping with the “Outback” environment, please leave these things behind:

  • Cell Phones (can be left in the car)
  • MP3 players, iPads, iPods, laptops, netbooks, tablets, etc…
  • Cards and games, including electronic gaming devices
  • Non-prescription drugs or illegal drugs
  • Short shorts
  • Pets

Be aware of the prevailing weather conditions in the Outback region and adjust your packing list as you see fit.
